Director, Sales and Marketing Post on 06 Jun 2017 Job Location: Hong Kong  

Responsibilities

  • Build and organize sales team to achieve annual sales target set by the Company
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with intermediary channels and institutional clients
  • Formulate and implement appropriate business development strategies and plans including sales and marketing activities
  • Support new product launches, including preparation of sales kit and training materials
  • Ensure all sales and marketing materials and distributors comply with regulations and guidelines

Requirements

Portfolio Manager Post on 05 Jun 2017 Job Location: Hong Kong  

Responsibilities

  • SFC authorized investment professional, act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities
  • Manage all aspects of investments, including strategy formulation, asset allocation, fundamental research, execution, broker relationship, performance analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Ensure investment decisions are disciplined and supported by robust fundamental research.
  • Communicate investment strategy internally and externally
  • Actively propose new product ideas and participate in new product development and support marketing activities.
  • Manage and develop the investment team’s capabilities in various asset classes including equities, fixed income and alternatives, with a focus on equities

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Study, propose, construct and evaluate various investment products suitable for the company to meet the clients’ needs
  • Enhance existing products’ quality and features and stay competitive in the marketplace
  • Manage and coordinate various aspects of new product launch and existing product modification which include but not limited to the structure of product, distribution strategy, cost and income analysis, etc.
  • Evaluate new product successfulness and recommend relevant marketing strategy
  • Ensure all product documentations are complied with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Responsible for product profitability
  • Act in a liaison capacity with other contributing departments (such as investment, legal, finance, compliance etc.) as well as external parties

Requirements

Compliance Manager Post on 21 Feb 2017 Job Location: Hong Kong  

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance policies and procedures are documented, readily available and communicated to business; Review and evaluate business procedures that support compliance
  • Responsible for Control Room compliance functions (e.g. employee personal account dealing, watch / restricted lists, conflict of interest management)
  • Manage, monitor and constantly enhance compliance, including policies, procedures and internal control with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance reflects current regulatory and compliance risks and conduct research on regulatory requirements
  • Provide advice on compliance and risk management regarding business controls
  • Advise on product development, licensing, client documentation, marketing material and regulatory applications

Requirements

  • 8-10 years’ compliance experience acquired from international financial institutions
  • Possesses knowledge in AML/CFT regulations and hands-on experience
  • Prior experience in company secretarial matters and knowledge of HKMA regulations is definitely a plus
  • Familiar with listing rules, takeover codes and disclosure of interest
  • A good team player, self-motivated, disciplined with good communication skills
  • Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Handle the execution of FRM engagement, in particular Market Risk and Valuation engagement
